ABOUT EKSPRESINVEST
In the latter part of 2002, EkspresInvest becomes part of Denizbank Financial Services Group (DFS) subsequent to its purchase from the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund.

First quarter 2003, initial recruitment drive takes place & the structure to facilitate research, consultancy & agency brokerage execution is implemented. EkspresInvest opens for business in May 2003.

EkspresInvest, aided by high calibre personnel and the support of Denizbank Financial Services rapidly attracts both domestic & foreign customers and at the end of 2003 is 18th in the ISE broker rankings with 1.7% market share.

Aiming to augment its market share by providing an efficient, reliable & innovative service to its customers EskpresInvest gains further ground rapidly - 2004 ends with a ranking of 11th (2.6% market share) and 2005 ends with a ranking of 10th (3.0% market share).

At present, a new chapter in the history of Ekspres has been opened. Subsequent to the purchase of the Denizbank Financial Services Group by Dexia, EkspresInvest can look forward to servicing an even greater diversity of clients with a wider geographical distribution.
